Nathan Brewer, Esq.
Mr. Brewer was born and raised in Tampa. He graduated from Jesuit High School in 1994 and attended Florida State University, graduating with a bachelor's degree in 1998. He went on to attend law school at the University of Florida where he received his Juris Doctorate degree with honors in 2002.
Mr. Brewer began his legal career in 2002 as a prosecutor for the Sixth Judicial Circuit which covers Pasco and Pinellas counties. In 2006, he moved into the private sector as an associate at a private law firm where he handled Social Security Disability cases for a few years before transitioning to Personal Injury cases and Civil Litigation, which has been the focus of his practice for the last decade. In 2010, he and another associate also started a VA Disability section at his former law firm, building it from the ground up.
In 2018, after handling thousands of cases, Mr. Brewer decided to bring his legal knowledge and experience to bear in pursuing his own law firm. This endeavor has been a homecoming for him, returning to the area where he resides and began his legal career. Mr. Brewer represents clients in the areas of Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Veterans Administration (VA) Disability and Social Security Disability. In all such cases, his clients are facing arduous journeys and need an advocate not only to assist them with their legal case but also to walk with them through the personal difficulties these cases bring. Taken from the book of Hosea, his firm's motto is "maintaining love and justice". He chose this motto to express not only his faith in God but also his philosophy on practicing law. This motto stands in opposition to the idea that the only way to get the best outcome for a client is through unbridled aggression and hostility and instead acknowledges that love and justice are not opposed to each other and that we should seek both at all times.
